Centrum Health Center is a developing unit with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of Skåne's largest health centers. Here, a multidisciplinary team works together, consisting of specialist physicians, residents, nurses, assistant nurses, counselors, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dedicated nurse with a focus on elderly care who wants to help develop our operations. Together with your colleagues, you will work to strengthen cooperation with the municipality and hospitals to ensure the best possible care for our elderly patients.

Work at our health center is varied and stimulating, where no two days are alike. As a nurse, you will work alongside your colleagues with triage, telephone advice, and reception activities. We have a strong focus on patient safety and prioritize a good working environment for all employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with eligibility to practice within the Swedish healthcare system. Language skills in Swedish, at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, are a requirement. Furthermore, it is an asset if you have previous experience of working at a health center, preferably within primary care.

We use IT support to streamline care and free up time for the personal meeting with patients. Therefore, it is an asset if you have experience of working in various operational systems.

As a person, you enjoy variety in your work and always put patients first. You have the ability to adapt quickly when the situation demands it, as the workload can be varied. It is also important that you can work independently while valuing good collaboration with colleagues at the health center. We appreciate a strong interest in health-promoting work. Personal suitability is a decisive factor for us.
