The Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Landskrona is part of the Adult Psychiatry Operational Area in Helsingborg. Our target group primarily consists of adults living in Landskrona city or Svalöv municipality, whose diagnoses or conditions fall within the scope of specialist psychiatry. To ensure our patients' needs for security, continuity, and safety, we work with individual care plans and collaborate closely with other psychiatric services, primary care, and other agencies such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Public Employment Service, Social Services, and Occupational Health Services. The clinic is located on the hospital campus in Landskrona.

The clinic has a good atmosphere, and we work in interdisciplinary teams. Here, five psychologists are employed, and we also have an hourly-paid psychologist who assists with assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a psychologist with us, you will work in a team-based manner with other professional disciplines. You will assess, investigate, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients requiring the competence and resources of specialist psychiatry. Furthermore, in individual cases, you will act as a consultant to neighboring healthcare providers, municipalities, and other authorities. We work to have knowledge responsibility for the specialist psychiatry area and to serve as a resource center regarding psychiatric specialist knowledge towards cooperating authorities/healthcare providers. The content of the position varies based on the needs of the operation; for example, there may be a greater need for assessments during certain periods and a greater need for treatment work during others.

In your psychologist position, you will work with the following, among other things:

• assessments and clinical evaluations
• treatment work
• participate in treatment planning
• exchange knowledge with other nearby professional groups through various forms of collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed psychologist with eligibility within the Swedish healthcare system. Language skills in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. A valid B driver's license is required as the position includes, among other things, the ability to make home visits. Previous work experience in psychiatry is an asset, as is experience and competence in treatment work, particularly regarding patients with PTSD and/or personality disorders, preferably work with emotion regulation group therapy (ERGT).

You are secure both as a person and in your professional role, and you are eager to contribute to the development of the work group and the clinic.
