We are looking for a nurse to Lotsgården!
We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven nurse for our care and nursing home, Lotsgården!
Lotsgården is located on Ön in Limhamn. It is a care and nursing home for patients with physical care needs, with 30 apartments available.
We offer you a varied job with the freedom to plan and structure your work independently. Opportunities for professional development through professional networks and further education to specialist nurse during working hours. Individually tailored introduction and mentorship during the first year, based on your skills and needs. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 to 15:30 with shifts every sixth weekend.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of the patients. This means that you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions. You are responsible for guiding, educating, and delegating nursing staff. You work person-centered, involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the team around the patient.
You regularly collaborate with primary care through rounds based on a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the health and medical care agreement, where the county council, municipality, and primary care are included to meet the individual’s care needs. In our special accommodations, we work with quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and Palliative Registry.
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of professional experience. In addition, you have:
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Good digital competence
- Insight into applicable legislation and the ability to work according to established goals and guidelines
- Driver's license B
It is meritorious if you have:
- Work experience with multi-sick elderly and/or people with dementia
- Work experience from municipal health and medical care
- Specialist education in relevant areas, such as elderly care, medical care, or as a district nurse
- Good experience collaborating with other actors, authorities, and participating in various networks
- Experience in documentation work in Procapita and in quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and Palliative Registry
