You will be an important part of the team that leads and develops health and medical care efforts in close collaboration with care staff, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists – always with a person-centered approach.

Here, you will work with both somatic and dementia care departments. You will plan, execute, and develop nursing work based on individual needs and goals. Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for the quality of care and contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our residents.

We currently use the Procapita journal system, and at the turn of the year, we will switch to Lifecare. The work also includes working with quality registers such as BPSD.

The working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week).

Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good computer skills. You have a B driver's license as travel within the municipality may occur. We consider it an advantage if you have further education in elderly care or as a district nurse.

You are engaged, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have a calm and structured working style and see solutions where others see obstacles.

You have a strong desire to develop and share your knowledge, are solution-focused, and contribute to a positive work climate, and you are confident in your professional role and enjoy mentoring and supporting colleagues. You thrive on taking responsibility and making decisions based on professional assessments.
