Do you want to be part of developing the future of psychological treatment within primary care? We are now looking for a licensed psychologist for the Vårdcentralen Centrum in Landskrona, where we plan to launch our psychotherapy care option this fall. Here you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to the development of the operation.

Landskrona is located on the western coast of Skåne with good commuting options from Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg. The Centrum Landskrona psychotherapy clinic will be co-located with the Vårdcentralen Centrum, which is situated in modern and pleasant premises within the hospital area, where large parts of the operation are gathered under one roof.

The Vårdcentralen Centrum is a developing unit with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of Skåne's largest healthcare centers. Here, a multidisciplinary team works together, consisting of specialist doctors, resident doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians.

The psychosocial team at the healthcare center currently consists of a stable group of social workers and a psychiatric nurse who enjoy working together and in their workplace. The establishment of the psychotherapy care option is seen as a natural and obvious development to reduce barriers and increase accessibility for citizens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of psychologist, you will work with the assessment and treatment of patients with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related problems. Treatment is based on cognitive behavioral therapy.

You will play a crucial role in starting our psychotherapy clinic and developing methods that allow us to benefit from the co-location with the healthcare center. The co-location enables good collaboration regarding patients where both operations are involved in the patients' care, and you will have the opportunity to consult our medical expertise as needed. The operation has administrative support so that you as a therapist can focus on providing treatment for the patients.

The Centrum Landskrona psychotherapy clinic will be one of several clinics established under the management of Primary Care Skåne. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to participate in networks that gather therapists from our other clinics for experience exchange and joint operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. It is also a requirement that you have studied cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Furthermore, you must have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. It is highly meritorious if you have completed a psychotherapy program and have previous experience in treatment work at the primary care level or within psychiatry.

At the same time, you have a good collaborative attitude and contribute to a positive work climate. We value your engagement in development work and your desire to help build and shape the operation.
