The Råå Health Center is located in the southern part of Helsingborg, just a stone's throw from the sea, with good train and bus connections. We have over 50 employees who take care of our 11,400 registered patients. We offer these patients a wide range of clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, and district nurse clinics as well as a child health center. We also strive for all patients to have their own named doctor and for patients with chronic diseases to be regularly called from a waiting list for visits. This is to ensure good and quality care for our patients.

All staff groups work transprofessionally and team-based, and the doors are always open for collegial questions and discussions. We have a short morning meeting every day to keep everyone updated on what is happening in the operation. Furthermore, we always strive to develop and continuously work to improve our operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you a developing and stimulating job characterized by personal responsibility, participation, and teamwork. Together with four colleagues, you will be responsible for internal and external sampling. Your daily work also includes EKG, blood pressure checks, minor wound dressings, and suture removals, as well as assisting nurses and doctors with various examinations. There may also be opportunities to work with other areas of responsibility.

The position is for a fixed-term employment of six months with a possible extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structure. You who apply have at least two years of experience working at a health center or emergency department and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. If you have a focus on emergency care, it is an advantage. We also see it as an advantage if you have extensive experience in sampling work and if you have previously worked in the PMO program.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team with colleagues from both your own and other professions. You are good at planning, structuring, and organizing your work. You have the ability to prioritize and adapt when needed, are meticulous, secure, and stable, and consider patients based on their different needs. As a person, you are attentive and empathetic and have a positive attitude and show great commitment to your work. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate and enjoy a variety of tasks. We would like you, just like us, to have an interest in working with development and improvement. Additionally, you have a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
