The Care Administration's mission is to provide care, support, and healthcare to elderly people, people with disabilities, and those requiring home healthcare. The administration employs approximately 1,700 permanent staff members and has an annual turnover of over one billion SEK. It is divided into four operational areas: ordinary housing, special housing, disability support and services, and the Health and Medical Care Department. The administration also includes an authority unit and a staff with important support functions such as HR, finance, and IT. Are you passionate about supporting and motivating others while working to promote physical function, mobility, and independence in daily life, as well as working preventatively together with the patient?
At the rehabilitation unit of the Care Administration, you will become part of an engaged team of 32 occupational therapists and physiotherapists/physiotherapists, as well as eight rehabilitation assistants. We have strong cohesion and are led by two unit managers who are there to support you. You will be based at one of our five workplaces: four in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe.
As a clinical physiotherapist with us, you will work in a person-centered manner with assessment, interventions, and follow-up within rehabilitation and habilitation. You will prescribe medical devices and provide guidance on physiotherapeutic interventions. Your work involves close collaboration with nurses, social workers, coordinators, and healthcare staff, and you will also contact colleagues within the region via the digital system "Mina Planer".

Requirements:
- Licensed physiotherapist.
- Class B driver's license required.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.

Within the Care Administration, we provide healthcare, support, and care to elderly people, people with disabilities, and those requiring home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting measures and support to people who care for and support a relative. Our goal is that those who need care and support in their daily lives can live an independent life as much as possible.
The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for measures within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The measures are carried out by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to healthcare staff within other operational areas based on their profession.
