About the workplace
We operate from our office located at Närlundavägen 26 and work with customers in Närlunda, Högaborg, Söder, Elineberg, and Gustavslund.
You will be part of a local management group consisting of three coordinators, one administrator, and a unit manager. Together, we work to create the best possible conditions for our employees in their work and to ensure our customers receive the help they need.

Job responsibilities
As a Coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks. You will, among other things, administer and distribute operations for days and evenings, as well as understand and promote a balanced economy and a safe working environment. The work involves various areas of responsibility, such as working according to the decided quality assurance process in home care according to the Social Services Act, working according to planning processes, documenting in LifeCare, and working in Mina Planer to ensure good collaboration when receiving new customers and discharges from hospitals. The work also involves preparations for various meeting formats where you are expected to have an active and supportive role and to lead meetings.
In your work, you will collaborate closely with the unit manager and your coordinator colleagues regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning for temporary staff during absences and workload peaks according to the organization's needs. Part of your time will involve coordinating the introduction of new employees.
The Coordinator position will also involve work out in the home care sector. This may include planned or unplanned care interventions at customers' homes.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are an educated assistant nurse, are comfortable working with various digital tools, and are confident in your documentation skills. You need basic computer skills. Furthermore, you must be willing to receive and perform delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with LifeCare (LCU, LCP, and LMO), Mina Planer, and Medvind. Experience of similar work is also an advantage.

Your skills in logistics, pedagogy, and problem-solving should be evident in the operational work, and you should be accustomed to distributing tasks.
