About the Role and Your Responsibilities
As an occupational therapist with us, you will have a varied job where you support our clients in achieving their goals and managing their daily challenges. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, providing a holistic and diverse view of rehabilitation. You will be involved in planning interventions through ADL assessments, prescribing and testing assistive devices, informing, instructing, and guiding nursing staff, and collaborating with others in the team regarding Senior Alert and BPSD. About the Workplace
Lund Municipality operates 15 special housing facilities for the elderly. The facilities are geographically located throughout the municipality, housing individuals who require service and care around the clock. At the facility in Södra Sandby, 50 people reside. We are now looking for a colleague for a varied and developing role where person-centered care, security, and continuity are the focus. You will be part of an engaged team where colleagues support each other, and your contribution plays a real role. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and participate in decision-making processes that affect both your daily work and the organization's development. We are looking for you
who is a licensed occupational therapist and motivated to help people reach their full potential. You are creative, proactive, and enjoy working solution-oriented, both independently and in a team. Your communication skills are as strong as your commitment, and you have a natural ability to build trust with those you meet. Experience in rehabilitation is an advantage, but above all, we value your personality and commitment. You have a driver's license for a passenger car and possess good skills, both spoken and written, in the Swedish language.
