Are you an occupational therapist who values a varied job characterized by teamwork and personal responsibility? Then we have the position for you!
We are now welcoming a driven colleague to our movement and support team within the rehabilitation unit at the Central Hospital in Kristianstad (CSK).
In the movement and support team, we are ten engaged occupational therapists who together staff the orthopedic department, the infectious disease department, surgical departments, and medical departments. In addition to departmental work, we conduct specialized outpatient care in hand orthopedics and rheumatology. We are a positive group that supports each other in daily work and have a high motivation to move forward and develop.
The rehabilitation unit constitutes its own area of operation and is responsible for rehabilitation efforts in all inpatient departments at CSK. The unit participates in team and day care activities primarily within medicine and pediatric services. Additionally, specialized outpatient care in medicine, orthopedics, and surgery is conducted, encompassing approximately 20,000 visits per year. The unit also provides geriatric day rehabilitation for individuals with acquired neurological diseases and specialized home rehabilitation according to Early Supported Discharge (ESD). Within the rehabilitation unit, we are about 65 employees distributed among occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and administrators.
In the unit, we have 16 competent occupational therapists who are now looking for a colleague who finds inpatient care interesting and wants to work with these patients.
With us, you have the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experiences of experienced colleagues and have good opportunities to develop in your profession. As an employee at a smaller acute hospital, you are given the chance for broad learning across many diagnostic areas.
