The Knislinge Health Center is located in the Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9000 listed patients and about 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are keen to provide good and close care with a focus on high accessibility, quality, and continuity. With us, there is a high ceiling and a good work climate focused on teamwork and a cross-professional approach to offer our patients the best available care. Over the years, we have been nominated and won awards several times as one of the region's best units.

At the health center, seven specialists in general medicine and five ST doctors work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in a close and well-functioning collaboration. The health center has long experience as a training health center and receives a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized medical reception. Additionally, we have a fully functioning mobile care team staffed by doctors between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM every day, and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special accommodations.

Competence development is important to us, and collegial dialogue is highly prioritized with regular medical meetings, scheduled development time, and opportunities for further education. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a doctor with us, you will work to investigate, treat, and follow up on our patients together with other professional categories. Here you have a varied job with both acute and planned patient visits. You collaborate with the health center's experienced district and nurses who have their own specialist clinics. We have a physiotherapy clinic, a psychosocial team, as well as a dietitian and occupational therapist who is also a rehab coordinator, and we work as a team. There is also a family center with BVC. Additionally, we have a mobile doctor team that has good cooperation with the municipality's nurses and takes care of two of the municipality's special accommodations and makes urgent home visits when needed.

When you start with us, we will provide an individually tailored introduction considering your experiences to ease your transition into the work. You will receive your own list of patients based on your service, with the goal of 1100 listed patients for a full-time position. We continuously work to develop the operations, and you will be an important employee in providing good and close care.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you must be a specialist in general medicine with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you must have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in general medicine and who shares the same goals and visions as us, to provide good and close as well as quality care to our patients. You should be curious and attentive to patients' needs and easily adapt to different circumstances. Furthermore, your work should be characterized by being meticulous, structured, and having a flexible approach. You also have an interest in mentoring our training doctors and supporting and sharing knowledge through inspiration and motivation. Personal suitability is of great importance.
