Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with our female client in her 25s living in Bollebygd

• our client primarily wishes for a female assistant

• has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• has experience with autism and low-arousal approaches

• has a B driver's license and a car to get to the workplace

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work within personal assistance or care

• are tolerant of pets

• share the client's interests in going to the swimming pool, watching movies, and having coffee in town

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is about 60%. The job involves working during the day, evening, and night.

Rolling 4-week schedule with varied working hours. Examples of times can be 10 AM-6 PM, 11 AM-7 PM, 7 PM-10 AM, 4 PM-10 PM. Including one night shift per week with on-call duty for 7 hours per night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date
