About the Job
We are now looking for two senior social workers for children and youth 8 in Nordost.
We are an experienced, dedicated, stable, and professional workgroup - where together we make a difference for those we serve. The unit is characterized by great commitment. The positions are within the Social Administration Nordost, located in Bou Lövgärdet. The positions are divided into one full-time position and one position at 75%.
With us, you will be part of a management group with strong professional pride, good cohesion, and high competence. You will work closely with other senior social workers in both your own unit and in nearby units, providing stable and experienced collegial support, and you will be offered continuous professional development and process supervision.
Your role is central to creating structure, work peace, and a professional approach in daily work. The position entails representing the board in court.
The unit is located in a local office in Lövgärdet. Our proximity to users and collaboration with everyone involved in the work concerning children and youth has given us the opportunity for more and better conversations with children and their parents. Within the framework of authority exercise, we work for high participation from users, transparency, and co-creation of solutions. The work is network-based, as we see that this generates more engagement from users and builds trust.
We also work on co-creating safety for children and youth through Signs of Safety, BBIC, and improved documentation. Training is provided in the above methods and models.
We have continuous professional development and learn from each other, as well as from our close partners such as schools in Lövgärdet, Ung Nordost, Minimaria, family centers, field workers, leisure staff, infant groups, MST, school social workers, and our colleagues in resource units.
We have an ongoing collaborative partnership with the Early Parenting Support Association. You can read more about early parenting support here: https://tidigtforaldrastod.se/ (https://tidigtforaldrastod.se/)

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and solid experience in authority exercise concerning children and youth. You also need to have very good knowledge of BBIC and a secure understanding of case processes. It is an advantage if you have experience in a leadership role. It is also advantageous if you have experience with Treserva and familiarity with Signs of Safety or other structured working methods. Given the unit's localization, it is beneficial to have experience in conducting authority exercise in collaboration with others who work in the field of children and youth, such as schools, leisure activities, family centers, police, and associations.
You need to have the ability to provide clear, pedagogical, and practically applicable supervision and can translate knowledge into concrete steps in case work. You listen, articulate assessments, and create understanding. You have high integrity and a secure, warm, and professional demeanor.
