At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who have relevant high school education in care and social services and want to work during all or part of the summer at our cozy LSS accommodation in Vetlanda!

As a housing supporter with us at Forenede Care, you will work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Himlabackens group home is an LSS accommodation for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. The accommodation has 6 places and is idyllically located in the newly developed residential area Himlabackarna on the outskirts of Vetlanda.

You will be met by an engaged manager and coordinator who supports and develops you in your role as a housing supporter and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of housing supporter with us, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and needs, and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This is done, for example, by helping individuals with personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, but also social recreational activities are part of the assignment. Social interaction can include conversations, games, walks, or various outings. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new substitutes or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for summer substitutes for the summer who can work all or part of the summer.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Relevant high school education in e.g., Care and Social Services or Child and Leisure Program

• Driving license B

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also see it as meritorious if you have previous experience in care and support focusing on disabilities and LSS.
