We are now looking for an experienced accounting consultant for an assignment in an organization that is in an intensive development and growth phase. The business is being built up while processes are established and refined, creating a dynamic and changing environment with great room for influence.

In this role, you will work operationally with accounting while actively contributing to the development and improvement of the finance function. The assignment has a clear focus on improvement and involves close collaboration between accounting, business control, and other parts of the organization to ensure accurate accounting, monitoring, and analysis.

You will have a broad responsibility in defined areas and become an important part of a team where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and joint problem-solving are central working methods 🤝

Responsibilities Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and accruals Monthly closing and reporting Reconciliation and declaration of VAT Preparation of materials for annual reports and audits Support in internal projects such as system changes and accounting-related investigations Active participation in, as well as driving, the development, improvement, and documentation of routines and processes within the finance function

Requirements and Desired Competence Economic education at the university level or equivalent relevant experience Approximately 5–10 years of experience from similar accounting roles Experience with system changes and a strong interest in systems Good knowledge of K3 Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (the working language is English) Experience with fixed assets Experience working with high transaction volumes Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Experience with IFRS is a plus

About the Assignment This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-02-24. The assignment is initially for about 6 months, with plans to subsequently offer employment.
