The business is in an intense development and growth phase where the finance function is being built up while processes are established and refined. We are looking for an experienced accounting profile to strengthen the accounting team in a broad assignment focusing on ongoing accounting, closing, and further development of methods and routines.

The role is operational and combines individual responsibility within defined areas with close collaboration in a team. You will be an important point of collaboration between accounting, business control, and other parts of the organization to ensure accurate accounting, follow-up, and analysis of costs and deviations. The working language is English.

• Work with ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and accruals
• Conduct monthly closings and be responsible for reporting
• Manage VAT reconciliation and declaration
• Prepare documentation for annual reports and audits
• Support internal projects, such as system changes and accounting-related investigations
• Drive and contribute to the development, improvement, and documentation of routines and processes within the finance function

• Degree in finance at the university level or equivalent relevant experience
• 5–10 years of experience in similar accounting roles
• Good overall understanding of the accounting flow
• Experience with system changes and a strong interest in systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of K3
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with fixed assets
• Experience with high transaction volumes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience working in a changing environment
