JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer receptionist at the Kiruna Waste Facility, you will administer operations at the Kiruna Waste Facility, including scale slips, reporting, and providing support for administrative matters within the unit.

You will also manage customs, ADR, and landfill documentation, as well as other documentation related to the receipt and disposal of waste. Handle various materials from operations (delivery orders, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you should be a skilled administrator with a sense of order, neatness, and structure. You should be meticulous and efficient. Since you will be working with customers, you should also enjoy providing service, be positive, and helpful. Previous experience in administration is an advantage. We will place great importance on your personal qualities.
