The HR department consists of 20 employees who together are responsible for the strategic and operational HR work within the university and provide professional and qualified support in HR and payroll matters. We are now looking for an HR specialist who will focus on competence supply.

About the Position

In this role, you will be part of a team that collectively works on the university's competence supply. You will be responsible for your own area and support managers and employees in the organization.

You will drive and handle recruitment cases both within academia and operational support. For positions within academia, the recruitment process is handled in a special order via a recruitment committee.

In addition to recruitment, you will be involved in, and in some cases responsible for, various development projects and strategic initiatives within the HR department.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in human resources or another degree deemed relevant
  • Experience in HR work focused on competence supply
  • Very good ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in public employment law
  • Experience in handling residence and work permits

Scope and Location

We are looking for an HR specialist for a permanent full-time position based in Luleå. A probationary period may be applied. Start date according to agreement.
