Description

As an HR Partner, you will work broadly across all areas of HR and be a close support to managers and employees. This includes supporting the organization in labor law, rehabilitation, onboarding, and recruitment. In recent years, we have made significant investments in digitized working methods, and we hope you can contribute your expertise in this area. Therefore, it is important that you are particularly passionate about digitalization within HR.

Responsibilities

In this role as an HR Partner at HSB Norr, your main task will be to support managers within the organization. Examples of tasks include:

• Support in HR issues and labor law.

• Recruitment, from needs analysis to hiring.

• Manage our HR system, training tools, and recruitment system.

• Salary formation and salary mapping.

• Negotiations and labor relations.

• Contribute to the development of HR processes and working methods, with the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role.

In the role of HR Partner, you will work independently with clear personal responsibility while having close collaboration and support within HR and the organization as a whole. You thrive in an environment where collaboration, dialogue, and accessibility are central parts of the work.

As a person, you are trustworthy, relationship-building, and attentive. You are structured, take your own initiative, and have a solution-oriented approach. You have a genuine interest in HR issues and are motivated to develop both the organization and yourself in your professional role.

Education and experience

We believe you have several years of experience working in HR, for example, from an HR department or in recruitment, and are now looking for the next step in your development. The HR function at our organization is small and close to operations, which means you will have a broad role with good insight into the organization and the opportunity to influence content and working methods.

• A university-level education is required. Education from a human resources program or equivalent is considered highly meritorious.

• You have worked for a few years with HR issues or recruitment.

• Interest in working with digitalization and IT systems.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment where you work weekdays, during office hours. A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel within the region occurs. Start date is according to agreement. In this recruitment, we are working with ongoing selection, which means that we may call for interviews before the application period has ended.
