We are now looking for a service-oriented and positive receptionist for on-call work in Luleå. In the role of receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, receiving and sending emails, welcoming visitors, helping to refill coffee, setting up for conferences, etc.

We are looking for someone with experience in service. You should have the guest in focus. It is also important that you are comfortable talking to people and can build good relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience working with similar tasks. A certain level of computer skills is required to work in the system. To be eligible for this position, you need to be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%. You will fill in during any absence of regular staff.
