Business Developer in Access Administration in Arvidsjaur

Security Operations Area
The Security Operations Area is responsible for the management, governance, coordination, and follow-up of security work within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. The area’s responsibilities include information security, security protection, crisis preparedness, sector responsibility, incident management, and access administration. The security work is based on the agency's security management system, which the area is also responsible for developing and maintaining.
Information Security and Business Development
All employees within the Security Operations Area have a primary focus within one of our areas of responsibility. As a business developer, you will be part of the access area, and the position primarily focuses on work within the information security area.
As a business developer, you are expected to participate in the systematic information security work at the agency. You are responsible for identifying development needs and preparing and presenting materials such as instructions and processes, as well as participating in or driving your own projects. Together with the business and the IT department, you manage and drive the development of IT services based on the needs of the business and customers.
You have experience in information security work and good knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations within the access area, and you are expected to share your knowledge internally and externally as the position involves many points of contact and collaborations both within and outside the agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to work strategically, operationally, and proactively with information security focusing on access while contributing to a culture where security permeates everything we do. - has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has several years of experience from work within the relevant operational area or business development
- has very good knowledge of change and development processes
- has good knowledge in project management and various forms of collaboration
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has the ability to create a useful network
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- comes with innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you
- have experience working in a large public organization
- have worked with digitalization and automation
- have experience in process development
- have experience and knowledge of AI tools.

Other
A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. The Swedish Social Insurance Agency may conduct a financial background check before employment. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. The position requires work on-site at the office in Arvidsjaur.
