About the Job

You will work with processing and investigating cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means that you will analyze and assess different types of documentation. You will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with individuals and businesses. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. You will work with income tax returns for employees and entrepreneurs.

You will receive an introduction and a mentor who will help you plan your work. You will then independently manage your cases and collaborate with others. The work involves handling various types of cases, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. We have flexible working hours, and it is essential for us that you have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to the personal taxation department and work in personal taxation unit 1. Your placement is in Luleå.

About You

You should also have:

• an ongoing (at least 60 approved credits) or recently completed higher education of at least 180 credits in economics or law.
• current and relevant work experience in meeting people from different backgrounds.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency.

Good to Know

The employment is temporary from April 13 to August 14.

During April and May, the workload is 50 percent, and thereafter the employment is full-time at 100 percent. Therefore, there is an opportunity to combine any studies with the job as a tax administrator during April and May. There will be joint reviews and training sessions with mandatory attendance during April and May.

Due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home in this job.
