Do you want to be part of developing the work for mental health and suicide prevention in Norrbotten? We are looking for a committed and strategic person with a license in healthcare who wants to take a key role in driving development, coordinating efforts, and creating sustainable solutions together with municipalities, civil society, and other stakeholders.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and a license in healthcare, for example as a psychologist or nurse. You have a scientific approach and preferably experience working with healthcare issues, as well as leading and following up on development work. Experience from psychiatry or related fields is desirable, as well as good knowledge of regional and national work within mental health and suicide prevention. Experience in project management and reporting is an advantage.

You have the ability to work independently and strategically, while also collaborating well with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes and results. You are structured, organized, and accustomed to handling changing conditions, where prioritization and follow-up are a natural part of your working method. Your communication is clear, and you express yourself well in both speech and writing.
What you will work with
In this role, you will have a key position in developing and coordinating the regional work on mental health and suicide prevention. You will lead and coordinate the mental health working group in close collaboration with municipalities, civil society, and other stakeholders. The work involves developing and following up action plans, conducting analyses, and driving development issues within the field. You will be responsible for implementing knowledge management and interventions from care and intervention programs in the organization and collaborating with the user community and external actors. The role also includes reporting to the National Board of Health and Welfare and other national bodies, as well as participating in projects such as family support and GAP analyses. You will represent Region Norrbotten in national networks and dialogue forums and work both operationally and strategically to strengthen regional public health efforts. Your workplace will be Regionhuset in Luleå, and you will be part of the management group for the operational area.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
