The Social Administration's individual and family care is in an exciting phase of development. The operation has recently been divided, and the area of children and youth is now its own track with increased focus on early interventions, accessibility, and quality. Family support for children and youth is part of outpatient care and mainly consists of family therapists and parent advisors within parent support. The operation is facing a significant change with an expansion of tasks and employee group, creating a need for a coordinator who can contribute to structure, development, and close operational support. A new social services law has come into force, opening up for new working methods, including interventions without needs assessment. With us, you will play a key role in shaping how family support for children and youth will work moving forward – with the child's best interests, preventive work, and high quality in focus. We are located in central Luleå, and the position involves work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with flexible hours, providing good opportunities for a balance between work and leisure.
