As an employee, you will be based at Swedbank's office in central Luleå, alongside many wonderful colleagues. To ensure you feel secure in your new role, you will initially receive a thorough introductory training, and during your employment, you will always have a mentor close at hand.

The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank until the end of May 2026, with good opportunities for extension thereafter. Job Responsibilities
You will work with administrative tasks, using a computer as your primary tool, and customer contact may occur in the role, mainly via phone or email. Customer knowledge is the department's primary task, which includes digitally collecting and reviewing information about the bank's customers.

The working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday during office hours.
