We are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education with an economic focus or equivalent experience in payroll, as well as recent experience in independent payroll administration. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of Office 365 or equivalent. A YH education in the payroll area or other education deemed relevant by the employer, as well as experience in payroll administration within the public sector, is meritorious for the position.

This is what you will work with

In the role of payroll administrator, you will work with the entire payroll process and be responsible for your own payroll area. This requires both independence and continuous collaboration with other colleagues. The tasks include processing incoming documentation, providing consultative support to the operations, conducting quality reviews, and ongoing follow-up based on laws, agreements, and regulations in the payroll area.
Part of the consultative support involves staffing our HR direct, which includes both phone and case management.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime working hours. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
