Do you want to work with finance in a dynamic environment where accuracy and service are in focus? The Infrastructure and Service Administration is looking for an engaged accountant who enjoys accounting and will be a support for various operations within our administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a meticulous and structured accountant with a focus on accounting. The role involves responsibility within financial administration and contract follow-up. You will be an important part of our team within the Operations Support department at the Infrastructure and Service Administration and work closely with our operations to ensure correct and efficient financial processes.

As an accountant, you will primarily work with:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Contract follow-up
• Handling customer and supplier invoices
• Administering orders and contact with suppliers
• Result analysis, budget work, and forecasts
• Development of routines and processes within financial administration

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in finance/accounting and experience in ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management. It is an advantage if you have experience in financial work within public operations, experience in result analysis, internal control, and/or financial audits.

You are meticulous, service-oriented, collaborate well, and have the ability to work independently and take initiative.

A valid driver's license and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing are required.
