Motor Claims Adjuster at Dina Försäkringar in Piteå
Do you enjoy working at a company with short decision-making paths and a high pace of development? We are looking for a motor claims adjuster to join our team in Piteå, with a strong commitment to being there when our customers need us the most.
Job Description
As a motor claims adjuster, you will primarily work with investigations of ongoing motor claims and make decisions on compensation issues based on insurance terms, practices, and legislation. You will handle incoming cases via phone and email, where you are responsible for driving each case through the process from start to finish. You will have contact with customers from all over the country and be an important support for your colleagues in various matters.
Our motor claims organization consists of three teams – North, South, and Technical. The position is based in Piteå, and you will have colleagues on-site as well as in other locations in Sweden. You will be part of a team with experienced colleagues who openly share their knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have good experience with customer meetings and a strong focus on service, grounded in previous work in customer service. You have a high school education and experience with customer meetings via phone. Experience in claims adjustment is a plus.

During intensive periods, you have the ability to maintain focus, prioritize correctly, and ensure that work flows smoothly. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have extensive experience working with various IT systems. Your flexibility, communication skills, and team spirit make you an invaluable asset to our team!
