In the Division of Regional Support, Region Norrbotten's support and service functions within procurement and supply, Facility Management, and real estate are gathered. The division is tasked with providing cost-effective and coordinated support to divisions, departments, and citizens.

Procurement and supply is an operational area within the Division of Regional Support with execution responsibility. The operational area provides support in procurement and purchasing, material supply, and aids to the region's operations.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to good relationships in the role of reuse administrator. You are a social person who is proactive, structured, and self-driven. Furthermore, we see that you have a high level of personal maturity, good collaboration skills, and are decisive.

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:

• High school education or other relevant education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.
• B driver's license.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
• Service-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Good physical condition – the work involves heavy lifting.

As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments and work environments. You work in a structured manner, prioritize, and take responsibility for your work effectively. Furthermore, we see that you have clear communication with your surroundings and can adapt your way of communicating based on the target group and situation. This is what you will work with

• Handling of medical technology equipment (MT equipment).
• Sale of used computers.
• Handling and sale of surplus dental equipment.
• Sale of used vehicles, primarily ambulances.
• Redistribution and sale of furniture within Region Norrbotten.
• Handling of inventory during unit relocations and reorganizations.
• Documentation of sales and handling of associated administrative tasks is carried out in a correct and structured manner.

Information about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Boden. Travel within the county may occur. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday - Friday. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
