Recruitment Ambassador Wanted for Bodens Municipality!

Do you want to help strengthen the future of social services? Become part of our innovative recruitment function – NOD!

To attract the stars of the future to social services, we have created a completely new recruitment function: NOD, which we refer to as Recruitment Ambassador.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruitment Ambassador, you will independently drive recruitment processes within care and support, with a particular focus on spontaneous applications. However, the role involves more than just traditional recruitment - you will help shape the future workforce within social services. Here, you get to work in a role that truly makes a difference, with great opportunities to think outside the box, test ideas, and influence how we build a stronger community. You will lead your own projects where you are a driving force in reaching out, creating engagement, and inspiring future employees to choose social services as their workplace. We work proactively, innovatively, and always with the aim of finding the right talents - where they are.

We take a holistic approach to attracting and hiring new employees by creating engaging content for social media and reaching out to candidates where they are, which strengthens our digital presence and visibility. Through proactive scouting, we identify potential employees and build relationships before they actively seek new roles. We dare to think differently and use creative and innovative methods to attract talent. Additionally, we highlight social services as a modern and meaningful workplace where there are great opportunities for growth and development, which contributes to increasing interest and engagement around our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is what we are looking for:

  • Someone with a suitable university education or other post-secondary education that the employer finds appropriate. We also prefer that you have experience in recruitment, social media, communication, or HR - but above all, we are looking for the right personality and drive!
  • You should be creative, communicative, and have an eye for finding the right talents. You are passionate about networking and inspiring, and you enjoy working digitally and proactively.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
