As our current Regulatory Specialist moves on to a new role within the bank, we are now looking for her successor.

Your Role

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will work to monitor, analyze, and manage existing and new regulations affecting the bank's operations. You will be a knowledge bearer for certain regulations, ensuring their implementation within the bank.

Your role includes administering the bank's regulations, drafting instructions, assisting in management reviews, and working with authorization issues. You will be responsible for driving improvement processes and streamlining workflows within your area of responsibility. In your assignment, you will identify significant details without losing the business perspective and provide the operations with the conditions to make good business.

Your Key Competencies

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree from a university. Experience from the banking or auditing industry is an advantage. We value the qualities that diversity brings to the organization, and your personal attributes are important. You have the ability to understand regulatory texts and translate them into concrete and clear instructions for implementation. You are driven, self-sufficient, and have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with others. We also see that you are analytical and have a risk-based and pragmatic approach.

Organization

Organizationally, you will belong to the business unit Finance & Economics, and your closest manager will be the bank's Chief Financial Officer. You will have close cooperation with the bank's Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as other staff functions.

The position is full-time, i.e., 38.5 hours/week. Start date according to agreement.
