Take the opportunity to work as a summer intern at Luleå University of Technology! With us, you will gain good insight into how the university operates and you will receive a valuable addition to your CV. As an archive administrator, you will work with sorting and organizing older archive documents. You will also be involved in other tasks such as cataloging and retrieving public documents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education. It is beneficial if you have experience in archive work, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are meticulous, have a good sense of order, and take great responsibility for your tasks. You are easy to communicate with and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. For the position, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have started higher education.

Scope and Location

We are looking for one or more archive administrators for full-time work during the period June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026, or by agreement.
