ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is now looking for mortgage administrators for Swedbank for an assignment that initially lasts six months. You will be offered a solid introduction with present team leaders whose goal is for you to become self-sufficient in the role. You will be part of a large team working in an open landscape. The work is performed on-site at the office in Luleå. There are very good opportunities for extension, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing and administration of housing transactions and mortgage matters for individuals.
• Have a central role in communication with brokers and advisors.
• Work with well-developed processes and work instructions and contribute to continuous improvements as this is a large part of their daily routine.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed upper secondary education, preferably in economics or law.
• Can speak fluent Swedish both orally and in writing, as the position requires this considering that you will have daily communication with internal and external parties.
• Has good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• Has good computer skills.
