About the position

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be part of a competent team working with warranty and goodwill issues for Norrlands Bil's passenger car company, focusing on our facilities in Luleå, Skellefteå, Malå, and Arvidsjaur.

In this role, you will:

• Assess and settle warranty and goodwill claims
• Conduct quality follow-ups
• Inform and educate the organization on warranty issues
• Have a particular focus on customer handling in difficult complaints
• Ensure correct invoicing and settlement of warranty cases

The position primarily involves internal contacts, but some customer contact may occur.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys an administrative role and has a confident communicative ability. You are structured, engaged, and have an easy time collaborating. You take responsibility for your cases, want to find solutions, and contribute to a positive team spirit.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Very good administrative skills
• Experience from similar positions, such as Insurance Advisor, Service Advisor, Customer Receptionist, or other relevant administrative roles

Meritorious

• Understanding or interest in vehicle technology

Skellefteå Bil started in Skellefteå in 1944, Müllers in Luleå in 1946, and Bil-City in Kiruna in 1961. In our shared story, we find some milestones in the development of the passenger car. As the Volkswagen Group developed into several world-leading car brands, the two family businesses grew into pioneers in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
