This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment and for permanent recruitment to Telia in the long term.

💼 Job responsibilities

As a support representative, you will be responsible for the first contact with Telia's private customers. Through incoming calls, you will assist customers with technical questions, primarily regarding broadband and telephony. You will listen to the customer's needs and inform them about Telia's service offerings to deliver the best solution. Thus, upselling becomes a natural part of the conversation, where the goal is to achieve good service and high customer satisfaction. You will work towards set goals and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system.

At the start, you will receive comprehensive training alongside your team, equipping you with all the tools to feel secure in your role. You will have ongoing dialogue with your immediate manager to receive support in your daily work and take the next step in your development.

• Answer incoming calls from customers

• Find solutions to customers' questions and problems

• Upselling by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that fit customers' needs

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education

• Strong sense of service

• Good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English

• Experience in customer service is an advantage

Start: April 7 Location: Luleå Salary: Base salary + potential commission
