• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement

• Develop in various areas and tasks

• Work with administrative tasks such as emails, chats, and case management

Previous experience in service is a merit, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate

• Approved high school education
