Working at a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and moves quickly – all while having fun together! Whether you’re at the checkout, organizing shelves, or running campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks great, is well-stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the perfect curtain, the next you reorganize an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love that!

You don’t need to know everything from day one – we’ll train you! But we believe you:
