Your role as a Sales Assistant at Kronans Apotek in Kiruna
We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged sales assistant to join us in Kiruna. Work will be split between both pharmacies, Gallerian and Nya Kiruna Centrum. You will work daily to help our customers achieve better health. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of 1-3 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician, who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacies and contribute to high-quality customer experiences. The daily work is varied and includes everything from providing the best possible customer service to selling self-care products. Your main tasks include:

• Handling cash registers.
• Restocking, signage, and product fronting.
• Promoting participation and collaboration within the pharmacy and, together with the team, creating positive customer experiences.
• Ordering goods and inventory management.

The pharmacy is open from 10:00-18:00 on weekdays and 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays. We offer a fixed-term contract. Start date to be agreed upon.

We are looking for someone with experience in service and sales. If you are currently studying to become a pharmacist or have previous experience from the pharmacy industry, it is a plus.
