Your new job

We are now looking for reinforcements for our ventilation team in Norrland. The location can be in any of our cities: Skellefteå, Sundsvall, or Luleå.

As Lindab's district sales representative in the region, you are responsible for proactive sales and business development in the district. You are responsible for processing and developing your customers, who are found among specification leaders and ventilation companies in the construction and property industry. Here you will work with high-quality solutions in an industry-leading company.

You have a major responsibility to autonomously plan, execute, and follow up on your processing of the district to effectively further develop both old and new business relationships. To your aid are our established pro shops with warehouses and well-developed logistics, as well as central support structures that help you be efficient and offer customers accessibility.

You share a common interest in the region but have different areas of responsibility; yours is to represent Lindab out in the field among old and new customers – in short, everyone who plans or installs ventilation solutions. Customers vary in size and have different types of needs and challenges. You are skilled at establishing a thorough understanding of the customer's organization, operations, and needs by building and maintaining business relationships at multiple levels.

You will be part of the Sales Region Norrland team and will independently plan your travels and customer meetings. You have your sales manager who coaches you, and you will collaborate with colleagues across Sweden.

Your profile

  • You have strong communication skills and are structured, engaged, and goal-oriented.
  • You have good social skills and feel comfortable both in an office environment and on-site.
  • You are proactive and used to working independently, but also appreciate being part of and developing within a team.
  • You are driven, reliable, and responsible, finding motivation in challenges.
  • You are confident in proactive sales and have a strong interest in driving your business.
  • You want to be a proud representative of Lindab and our high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior.
  • Handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position, as a large part of your time will be spent communicating with our customers. We also appreciate that you have good knowledge of English, and a Class B driver's license is required.
