Activities are a key part of our guests' time with us, contributing to joy, community, and experiences for the whole family. We are now looking for an engaged and energetic Activity Leader who wants to help create memories that our guests will take with them long after the holiday has ended.

As an Activity Leader, you are a vital part of the guest experience and are responsible for planning, leading, and executing activities for both children and adults. You contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and positive atmosphere at the destination.

The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Leading the kids' club, mini disco, and other activities for our younger guests.
• Facilitating family activities and competitions.
• Organizing evening entertainment such as bingo, quizzes, and other social activities.
• Informing guests about daily activities and inspiring participation.
• Ensuring that activities are carried out in a safe, professional, and well-organized manner.

We would appreciate it if you are also flexible and able to support other areas when needed. We always work based on the guests' needs and find solutions together.

The position is a seasonal employment with varying degree of employment. The scope is usually between 20–40 hours per week, but can be adjusted in dialogue based on the business's needs and your availability.

Working hours may include daytime, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union collective agreement.

• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably also in English.

Previous experience in similar work is advantageous but not a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
