As a Site Account Manager with us, you are the key to our successful customer relationships. You step into a role with significant responsibility where you drive the entire sales process – from the initial needs analysis to negotiation and closing. You work closely with the customer's operations in Kiruna to understand their challenges and translate them into solutions that strengthen their productivity, safety, and sustainability. This is a role for you who enjoys variety; you handle both daily dialogue and long-term business development. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists, our service organization, and colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks:

• Active relationship building: Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.
• Business management: Drive the entire sales process and ensure the highest quality from quote to close.
• Strategic partner: Participate in customers' projects and improvement initiatives directly on-site.
• Market intelligence: Monitor market trends and developments within the mining and process industry.
• Quality assurance: Ensure a smooth handover to our delivery organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who thrive in complex environments and have the ability to create structure and clarity. As a person, you are resilient, curious, and have a strong commitment to making a difference for the customer. In your dialogue, you are advisory and credible, which allows you to quickly build trust.

Your qualifications:

• Technical background or documented technical understanding, preferably from industrial, process, or mining environments.
• You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid B driver's license.

It is highly meritorious if you have experience as a maintenance engineer, process engineer, or maintenance technician, as well as previous experience in technical sales.
