We are looking to strengthen our team in Boden with an Inside Sales Representative. The role primarily involves the sales and rental of our products and services. You will be based mainly at our depot, available via phone, but may occasionally need to visit customers at their workplaces.

Your main responsibility is to rent out our products and services – handling new orders, following up on ongoing rentals, and proactively identifying customers' future needs. While working with existing customers is important, we also expect you to actively reach out to new clients. You should enjoy customer interaction and serve as a natural resource to guide customers to the right products. Together with your colleagues, your focus will always be on finding the best solution for the customer.

In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who is extremely solution-focused and always prioritizes the customer's best interests. You are motivated by building good relationships and driven by exceeding customer expectations. As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be structured and appreciate order and organization. Experience from the construction industry is a plus. Good computer skills are required as most of the work is done using our internal rental tool.

Your title will be Inside Sales Representative, but at our depot, we help each other through collaboration. If there is an urgent need to deliver a product and our drivers are busy, you may be the one to deliver it to the customer.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

The position is open for immediate start and includes a 6-month probationary period.
