About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you are an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer interaction, you contribute to the warehouse running smoothly and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle product pickup for customers with high service and care
• Receive goods, keep warehouse areas tidy, and ensure warehouse structure
• Work with inventory management and stocktaking according to guidelines and system support
• Assemble and place products in the store in consultation with the sales team
• Report transport damage and complaints according to procedures
• Contribute to a positive work climate while following safety procedures and working ergonomically with the correct protective equipment.
• Depending on needs, tasks such as cash handling, restocking the store, and picking for e-commerce orders may occur.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good physical fitness and thrives in an active work environment
• Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Contributes positive energy and team spirit
• Has experience in warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Has a valid B-driver's license

The position

Permanent full-time position, starting with a 6-month probation period.

Start date according to agreement.

Working hours include evenings and weekends.

Recruitment

Selection is ongoing. The process includes psychometric tests (MAP and Matrigma). A background check is conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
