Do you want to help develop service operations in an organization with world-leading products and contribute to creating structure, momentum, and high quality in daily work? ITSAB AB, now part of the Atlas Copco Group, is looking for a Service Coordinator for Luleå.

About the role
As a Service Coordinator, you will become an important part of the service organization, working closely with planning, technicians, service managers, sales, and other internal functions. The role is broad and varied.

You will receive an introduction to Atlas Copco’s working methods and SAP environment, where an initial training period with the planning group in Stockholm may be relevant. Following this, your placement will be in Luleå.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Create, administer, and follow up on orders, service agreements, and customer cases in SAP.
• Handle invoicing, credit notes, and other order-related administration.
• Work with master data, customer and item information, and quality in system documentation.
• Support administration related to spare parts, inventory, and service documentation.
• Contribute to planning and service flows by coordinating information between technicians, service managers, sales, and customers.
• Support the organization in creating structure and more efficient working methods.

About you
We believe you have experience in an administrative, coordinating, or service-oriented role where systems, structure, and attention to detail have been important parts of your daily work. You do not need to be an SAP expert, but it is highly advantageous if you have worked in SAP or another major business system and can quickly translate system understanding into practical work.

It is also an advantage if you have technical understanding or experience from industry, service, workshop, maintenance, or similar environments. Perhaps you have worked as a technician yourself, or you are used to collaborating closely with technicians and understand their daily work involving service and problem-solving at customer sites.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in administration, order management, coordination, or service planning.
• Good system proficiency and confidence in working in major business systems, where SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 and experience handling information with accuracy.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferably a technical background or understanding of industrial service operations.

• Structured, meticulous, and accustomed to prioritizing when multiple tasks are happening simultaneously.
• Flexible and unpretentious, helping out wherever needed.
• Communicative and service-oriented in contact with colleagues, technicians, and customers.
