About the Role
We are looking for you who enjoy dialogue with customers, are curious, and want to understand how businesses operate in their daily routines. Here, you work in a team where you together help companies that are new, just getting started, or have the potential to purchase more.
This is not classic sales. It is about:
- making contact
- listening and asking the right questions
- understanding the customer's daily life
- seeing opportunities to develop the collaboration
- working closely with the sales team
Your Daily Routine
In this role, you are in constant contact with customers and learn the business through real dialogues. You will:
- Talk to customers via phone
- Ask questions and understand how they work today
- Help customers get started or develop their purchasing
- Follow up on previous dialogues
- Capture needs and involve the sales team at the right time
- Document in our system

You do not need to have worked in sales before – the most important thing is that you enjoy dialogue and want to learn. Experience from the installation industry, manufacturing, or construction is an advantage.
