Responsibilities

In the role of Insurance Advisor, you work proactively to contact both new and existing customers, primarily via phone. You are responsible for creating and developing customer relationships by listening to the customer's needs, analyzing their situation, and guiding them to the right insurance solutions. The work involves a clear focus on sales where you drive the entire process – from initial contact to closing and follow-up.

You also handle administration related to insurance cases, ensure documentation is correct, and follow up to create high customer satisfaction.
