As a salesperson, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a team player, and together we exceed customer expectations.

The work is varied and includes all different types of tasks found in the store, such as restocking, sales, and cash register work. Experience from delicatessen is advantageous as the position involves orders in this area, and you will also staff our manual charcuterie & delicatessen counter.

Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with e.g., own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, quality responsibility, and social media.

We are open when our customers want to shop, hence the working hours may vary – day, evening, and weekend. The position is permanent for 33 hours per week.

• Experience and competence in retail sales are advantageous
• Experience and competence in service professions are advantageous
• Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures are advantageous

It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You enjoy working in a group and contribute to creating a good work climate. Furthermore, you like to work at a high pace and can handle stressful environments.
