Responsibilities

As an Insurance Advisor, you work proactively to contact both new and existing customers, primarily via phone. You are responsible for creating and developing customer relationships by listening to customer needs, analyzing their situation, and guiding them to the right insurance solutions. The work involves a clear focus on sales, where you drive the entire process – from first contact to closing and follow-up.

You also handle administration related to insurance cases, ensuring documentation is correct and following up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
