About the role

In the role of Economics and Marketing Manager, you will be the hub of the business and work closely with management, customer managers, consulting managers, and other employees. The role combines economic responsibility, administration, and marketing with the development of internal processes and the company's external brand.

You will have an important function in ensuring that our administrative processes work efficiently while you are responsible for how our Group companies communicate and position themselves in the market.

Your main areas of responsibility

Economics & Administration

• Payroll management and payroll-related issues
• Invoicing and invoice follow-up
• Handling of receipts and expenses
• Employer certificates and personnel administration
• Administration of ID06, SSG, and other authorization systems
• Ensuring correct salary and price information in our recruitment system Recman
• Supplier contacts and administration of external services
• Purchase of office supplies and consumables

Marketing & Communication

• Responsibility for the group's marketing work and brand development
• Production of content for the website, social media, and digital channels
• Publishing of news, job openings, and company information
• Creation of marketing materials, presentations, and graphic content
• Marketing efforts related to customer collaborations and partnerships
• Development of websites together with external web developers

Business Support & Analysis

• Generation of sales statistics from our business system Upsales
• Follow-up of appointment and business data from our recruitment system Recman
• Administrative support to customer managers and consulting managers
• Planning and coordination of internal meetings and activities
• Development of internal processes, routines, and working methods

Events, Sponsorship & Property Administration

• Participation in the group's sponsorship group
• Planning and execution of customer events, staff activities, and corporate events
• Marketing and administration for the sister company Norra Bostäder
• Customer contact regarding rentals and administration of rental agreements in Norra Bostäder

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in economics, administration, marketing, or similar areas
• Are structured, self-initiating, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy many contact surfaces and varied tasks
• Have an eye for both details and the big picture
• Are communicative and service-oriented
• Have good digital skills and find it easy to work in different business systems
