About the role of Auctioneer – freedom, business, and relationships

As an Auctioneer at Blinto, you are responsible for selling and conducting our auction services in your district. You work closely with corporate customers in various industries and of varying sizes – no two days are alike.

The role is independent, but you are never alone. You are part of an engaged team and have ongoing support from Blinto’s organization – we succeed together!

Examples of tasks:

  • Actively build and develop customer relationships through booked and spontaneous company visits
  • Sell Blinto’s auction solution and create long-term collaborations
  • Document items for auction (text, photos, and video)
  • Follow and support both sellers and bidders throughout the entire auction process
  • Negotiate and finalize deals if the reserve price is not met

In short: you follow your customers all the way – from the first meeting to the completed deal.

Your profile – Who are you?

We are looking for you who have sales experience and thrive in a role where you create your own business opportunities. You are used to working proactively – via phone, customer visits, and your network.

We see that you:

  • Have previous sales experience
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Speak and write Swedish fluently
  • Have good knowledge of English (many of our buyers are international)

It is an advantage if you have an established network within, for example, the vehicle, transport, or construction industries.

As a person, you are driven, structured, and responsible. You like setting goals – and achieving them. At the same time, you are relationship-building, positive, and confident in customer dialogue.

Blinto is a modern and technology-driven company, so you need to be comfortable working in various digital systems and see technology as a support in everyday life.

Today, we are a team of approximately 50 brokers with a broad and heavy background – having worked as machine salespeople, car/truck salespeople, sales/field salespeople, and machine operators.
